I like simple.
Especially for my daily scoreboard
Too many categories and the whole thing gets big and overwhelming and I stop using it.
That’s why I come back to a Core 4.
Muscle → Mind. → Money. → Mission.
The point is not perfection
The point is protection.
These are the areas that keep the rest of life from drifting too far off the rails. If all four are getting at least some attention, the week feels like momentum.
If all four get ignored, my priorities are off.
A good week is a balanced one
Muscle = health. A rich man wants many things - a sick man, only one thing.
Mind keeps me present, sharp.
Money keeps the machine running.
Mission keeps the whole thing pointed at something that matters.
That’s a useful scoreboard.
Not perfect.
Just useful.
What works for you?
