A lot of overwhelm comes from trying to carry too much at the same time.
Too many priorities. Too many open loops. Too many things that all feel urgent enough to split your attention into pieces.
That’s why I like this question.
What’s one clear move this week?
One move can calm a lot of noise
Not the whole reinvention.
Not the giant strategy map.
Just the move that matters most right now.
The call. The page. The system fix. The conversation. The decision you’ve been dragging.
Clarity beats volume
One clear move does something important.
It gives the week a focus.
It helps you stop measuring effort by how scattered you feel and start measuring it by whether the right thing moved.
That usually creates more momentum than a hundred half-starts.
Start there
If the week feels noisy, find the move that would make the rest of the noise feel smaller.
Then do that.
That’s a good place to start.
