My weekly reset is not fancy.

That’s on purpose.

If the reset is too elaborate, it becomes another thing to avoid.

I want something I’ll actually do

So I keep it simple.

I look at what matters this week. What’s drifting. What needs to move. What I need to protect. Where I’m letting chaos sneak back in.

Then I pick the few things that matter most and try to make the week point there on purpose.

Momentum likes simple systems

That’s the real reason I reset.

Not to feel organized. To create movement.

A messy week usually means too many things are competing at once. The reset helps me strip the week back down to what actually matters.

That gives momentum a chance.

A simple ritual beats a perfect plan

That’s the whole thing.

A few honest minutes. A few real priorities. One cleaner week.

That’s my reset for momentum.
